Appointments & Scheduling
- Reservations: Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability, though walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your services to accommodate other clients.
- Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Payment
- We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Tips may be provided in cash or added to your card.
- All services are non-refundable, but we are happy to address any concerns within 48 hours of your visit.
Health & Safety
- For the safety of all clients, please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the salon.
Service Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
- Repairs due to service issues are complimentary within 48 hours of the original appointment.
Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Respectful Environment
- To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please silence your phones and limit loud conversations.
- Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
